This project aims to simultaneously develop two blocks in Buldang housing-site development district adjacent to Cheonan Hi-speed Rail Station. It was confirmed through the nominated design contest. The housing site was divided into Block 2 and Block 3 by 6-meter pedestrian walkway. It faces a neighborhood park to the north, and it slopes to the south. On all sides, it is surrounded by roads. The buildings have been placed to face south according to the slope. Two twelve-story buildings have been placed along the road on the left and the road on the right respectively in consideration of streetscape. Eighteen-story building has been placed in the center. Consequently, the distance between buildings has been broadened. A unique outdoor space has been created under the concept of landscaping of four seasons and five senses. A change was given to the controled levels every five meter in consideration of the level difference amounting to 20 meters on the ground, which was utilized for direct access to underground parking lot and for landscaping factors like wall fountains. Dwellers' participation in community activities has been promoted by installing auxiliary welfare facilities such as a fitness center, a sauna, a guesthouse, etc in consideration of a big apartment with about 1200 units.
