This project was intended to encompass a high-class villa and a golf course as the nation's first four-season-integrated resort village that was developed on a turn-key basis in 2005. It was designed to enjoy a golf course as close as my front yard through the placement of a high-class villa near to various types of golf courses with a view of natural scenery. Besides, It uniquely designed the plan of a villa by separately arranging each different size of units according to Up-Hill type, Down-Hill type, and Flat type conforming to natural slope in order to preserve natural topography to the maximum and to secure course views as well.
