In designing Sanun Maeul, the designers believed that residents should be free to step on all parts of the ground as if they were the wind flowing from place to place. The design attempts to strengthen the ground connection in various ways using the level differences of the ground. It was awarded Grand Prize of Korea Architectural Awards in residential category.
