Growing City, the cluster growing in connection with the neighborhood in the abundant nature
Main points of the plan
- Green Community Space having various experiments in connection with the neighborhood parks - Growing Green
- Growing Community whose routine life becomes the education and play in connection with the elementary school
- Growing Park connected organically centering around the Cetral Plaza
Layout
1. This is an open cluster which opens toward the downtown and the nature clearly.
2. The side wall on the west main street of 40m wide was placed to protect from the noise and sight, and on the east living road, arranged the lower flat houses in consideration of the settle environment.
3. The Landmark Tower opened clearly in the south neighborhood park, and the Gate Tower of medium height on the north elementary school were planned in consideration of the relationship with neighboring elementary schools.
4. The arrangement of the most of main buildings was planned to face due south or southeast for the prominent sellability, and to develop the sight-viewing unit houses in the north to secure not only the southern view but the view of mountain Seokhwa.
Moving line plan and Exterior Space plan
The main moving line was planned as Growing Community, connecting among the neighbor cluster, the elementary school and neighborhood park, and the sub moving lines to connect each main buildings and cluster by which every residential buildings are linked conveniently, and the Social Plate as the open space at the entrance of this cluster connected with the neighboring cluster. The Byke Center in the Community Centre was installed at the center of cluster for the green transportation system. The extension of the green space axis into the cluster by connecting with the nature of neighborhood parks in the south and east was planned as the green core, in particular, to install diverse playing and educational spaces, such as outdoor theme park and ecological learning place, in the latus rectum axis - growing green leading through the play field in the park, Growing park and Edu Hill, is the green community connecting the forest with the road.
Landscape Plan
1. On the west side of main street, the border of the district, the arrangement of the nature-view tower residential buildings was planned in order to reserve the view to the nature (Mountain Seokhwa).
2. On the south neighborhood park and the north elementary school side, building the cluster emblem tower was planned to open clearly in order to form the open landscape at the border of cluster.
3. On the east living road, the arrangement of the lower flat residential houses of below 15story, which are the roadview flowing in the residential buildings, was planned in order to induce the open view of the living road and the flow of downtown into the cluster.
