Out of Complex - ‘Small Cluster’ Community - ‘Street Community’ Social Mix - ‘Co-Care Zone’

Taking a notice that 3rd block of 2nd district is located in the valuable position connecting the park and living road where every village people are using, to open the street to the park was proposed in favor of all the resident lived in Goduk-Gangil district and to make the place containing the village sight and communication on them. The plan is to divide the big complex of 1,134 houses into several smaller clusters and to open the byways between the clusters to make a public street, at last. And the byway community with frequent contacts in life is more suitable than common green space in the center of cluster for sight, and so the key point of proposal for 3rd block of 2nd district is to make the road connecting the living road in southeast and the neighborhood park up north and to open the road, leading to the park, to all the inhabitant. When connecting the road to the park, the road to the school and walking way, the site is divided into four smaller clusters naturally, and then the arrangement of the residential buildings let all these clusters face two sides of the park and two sides of the town street. From four smaller clusters, a portion of the residential building in the common space is disposed and rearranged to match the landscape naturally and to become the community meeting in the road as a result. These byway communities can be connected to four clusters and integrated in the distance of two minute walk. At the elevation scheme, the same concept is applied to plan 5~8 story buildings for the road to the park, low and medium area of 9~12 story for the town street and 23~28 story for the bufferring green space and the park of good view. Consisting of the styles of park, path, pocket and court, four smaller clusters are planned to be able to choose by the surrounding landscape and the life style.
