Haedam, the prominant residential cluster was planned in consideration of the symbolism of the Navy, the natural environment of the Gulf of Jinhae and the life style of the resident to be the comfortable base of life for the Navy family containing the pride of Navy as the naval official residence.
Symbolic Cluster of Navy Five Residential Buildings were designed with the motif of warship expressing the rooftop as the bridge, embodyingthe Gulf of Jinhae, the home port of the Navy, in the Central Plaza and the Main Entrance of Cluster with the motif of warship to reserve the intense symbolism of the Naval Official Residence.
Environment-friendly Cluster with Nature The comfortable residential environment was planned to secure wide latus rectum axis opened toward the front sea of Jinhae and Wungsan Dream Park separating the maximal distance between buildings, and the maximal houses faced due south and southeast favoring with sunlight.
Cultrual Cluster with Communication and Exchange The cultrual cluster with the sea was constructed in connection with Central Plaza, Main Pedestrian Walk and the Community facility securing open view toward the sea from the Central Plaza by the arrangement to open to the Gulf of Jinhae.
