This apartment complex includes 430 units of the apartment house for sale and 860 units of the apartment houses for rent to be newly constructed by SH Corporation. The planned site is located on housing development district in Jungrang-gu Sinnae 2nd area. As an apartment complex is on the left of the site and greenbelt zone is on its right, it is located at the border between city and nature. This project plan has the following five placement features.
First, this plan has completed urban flow through the radial placement of several axes of the existing Sinnae area.
Second, this plan has brought neighboring green images into the central plaza of the complex through the connection with adjacent parks based on nature-friendly complex plan. Furthermore, it has played the role of a hub by diffusing green image inside and around the complex through radial outdoor space.
Third, it has established an placement plan considering the wind road in the planned site
Fourth, it has enabled natural ventilation and natural light for the lower level by installing a deck using the existing topography.
Fifth, it is aimed at an equitable distribution of the community, it has designed the central plaza, which is a completely shared space, as the 1st community(senior center, child-care center, guesthouse, etc). It has designed the space under the deck on the main living street, whose partial sharing is possible, as the 2nd community(taste room, multipurpose room, information center, fitness center, etc). It has designed the optimal 3rd community by equitably placing a cluster(Mrs, lounge, playground, resting place, program parking), whose complete separation is possible, on the whole complex.
Next, pedestrians' traffic line is designed to completely separate roadway and footpath by linking the main footpath in connection six clusters and a pedestrian arcade under a deck. Vehicles' traffic line is designed to directly pass under a deck along the main road in the complex, or is designed to pass through each parking lot on the ground to underground parking lots. The differentiated plan is designed to lay out building blocks beside the road(Neungsan-ro), adjacent apartment complex(Dongsung Apt), a medical center in the north and central plaza in the center of the complex respectively. The design on tower-typed upper floors, which symbolize signal fire on neighboring Bonghwa mountain, is planned to be the land mark of the region as a factor of night scenery.
