Bogeumjari Apartment Construction in A7 Block, Pilot Area, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
Main technical proposal of construction can be divided into achievement of G60 (houses over 60% of energy reduction ratio than that of existing house), adjustment of level plan, parking lot plan, specialization of main gate and exterior, and improvement of unit house environment, etc. Firstly, as for the achievement of G60, it resulted 68.1% of total energy reduction and exceeded the goal by insulating inside and outside of the wall, sunlight generation, boiling with geothermal heat and solar heat, hybrid security lights, and using new and renewable energy such as BIPV. The tower type surface of G60 cluster was changed to the plate type surface and the layout was rearranged to improve the efficiency of energy. Secondly, as for the adjustment of level plan, the construction cost was saved by reasonable adjustment of plan in consideration of the escarpment. By raising up the level of whole site by 2.0~2.9m to conform with the surrounding topology, the volume of excavating the ground of rocks was reduced. Thirdly, as for the parking lot plan, the most efficient and economic plan was offered with the least parking area among the competitors by optimizing the underground parking area maintaining number of cars parked and rearraging the moving line of parking plan. Fourthly, as for the specialization of main gate and exterior, the environment-friendly gate equipped with BIPV was installed to enhance the recognition and frontality of the main gate, and gentrified whole cluster by using environment-friendly materials for the residential buildings and accompanied welfare facilities and by gentrification of the architecture. Fifthly, as for improvement of unit house environment, we achieved the improvement of residential environment in unit house by securing the cross ventilation through changing the tower type surface of G60 cluster to the plate type surface and the privacy in unit house.
