Designed as a long-term stay hotel for international conference attendees and foreign tourists, Hotel Oakwood Premier COEX Center focused on the guests’ comfort on the inside, and contextual comfort on the outside as a part of the greater COEX Complex. An outdoor plaza between the hotel and the KCAT to better identify the entrance to the convention center, and a rear garden along the long side of the building as a pocket park for pedestrians and the guests are just some of the examples of urban breathing spaces for greater comfort.
