The Korea City Air Tower located close to the Teheran-ro was planned as business and commercial facilities suitable for street characteristics and as the support facilities to secure the export competitiveness for expansion of urban trade infra in connection with the Trade Center at the north. The underground of Korea City Air Tower is connected with the complex and allows people to conveniently use the urban transportation facilities such as the subway, and as this is close to City Air Terminal, people can use Gimpo Airport and Yeongjongdo New Airport in non-stop. The parking entry at the east can be also used by the guests to Convention Annex Building and Hotel Oakwood Premier, maximizing the outdoor space for pedestrians and citizens by reducing the parking space and securing the open space as much as possible. On the first floor, the pillotis gallery was planned along the streets, providing the users with spatial convenience and familiarity. In general, oval type mass was introduced to the upper part of the simple and stable mass, promoting the visual perception from the distance.
