This site is located at the cross of Nambu Circulation Road and Songpa Road, and with the landmark type differentiated from the existing residential complex, a centrality was imposed on the large cross street. Through the building placement that naturally embraces the road penetrating the complex, the harmony of the inside and outside of the complex and diversity of residential life were encouraged as an apartment that can contribute to the vitalization of regional communication and respond to outer environments. In addition, through the supplementation of connection between the outer and semi-outer space (public residential facilities) and inner space (unit housing), the everyday life of the residents could be conducted in lively environments by inducing the synergy effects.
