Hyundai Superville, which will be a new landmark of Seocho-dong, is a multi-purpose building constructed at the Nambu Terminal site located at the edge of Umyeon Mountain, and it provides each household with equal view and direction through its triangle placement that embraces the center of the site. To vitalize the community, convenience facilities were installed by connecting the nearby Nambu Terminal with the shopping district inside the complex, and the efficiency of the use of the site was improved by providing the open space at the south of the complex, and the cultural space was also provided by creating comfortable space for walking. The mixture of flow line was prevented by planning the residential part and non-residential part in separate buildings, securing the privacy of the residents. Except the emergency vehicle flow line and the parking space for the handicapped, all the ground space was organized as the walking space, resting and green space to provide the comfortable living space.
