As the starting point for changing residential culture, this project suggests the new paradigm of urban living according to the rapid urbanization. This plan was suggested as a vertical structure with 4 households living on the same floor and spatial pattern of high-floor living was also suggested with the floor plan that allows 2 side view and maximization of one stop life space. Through the strong morphological approach for visual sympolism in Yeouido, the gateway to Seoul on the way from the airport to downtown, the twin tower was constructed by vertically combining the primitive feagures 'ㅁ' and 'ㅇ', and the upper 3 floors were designed with flexible patterns like circular cylinder types, which are different from middle part floors. The public open space was constructed alongside the Yoonjung-ro to connect the nearby Ankara Park, Setgang sports facilities, and ecological parks with each other, producing the axis of green and walking space. In particular, by connecting the first floor lobby with the strolling trail, the comfortability of walking was enhanced. To minimize the trembling and acceleration by the lateral force in the residential high-rise building, the internal cores and outer columns were unified through structural system and the variations by the earthquake and wind weight were reduced by installing outrigger girder on the middle floors and outrigger wall on the rooftop.
