This building located in urban design district of Mok-dong establishes itself as an important office building in Yangcheon-gu together with Seoul Mobile Telecom Office Building, CBS, and Artist Building. By placing the underground passageway on the 1st and 2nd underground floors in connection with the construction of subway 11th line, the connection to Omok Park and Omokgyo Station was made possible. As a center for future culture, art, economy, and hi-tech information, this building is expected to contribute to creation of a living space that can satisfy the intention of urban design in Mok-dong district. For placement and floor plan, the accessibility of the pedestrians and openness were secured as much as possible by installing the open space at the front street side and resting place and Sunken Garden as well, and flow line was simplified by separating the vehicle flow from pedestrian flow. On the first floor, main entrance and lobby for Sports Chosun Office Building (3~8th floor) and officetel (1~19th floor) were separately installed, maximizing the independency and spatial efficiency.
