It;s the multi-purpose residential complex constructed close to Seoul-Bundang Expressway in Bundang, Sengnam City. The main aprtment buiding was disgonally placed in South-Eastt and South-West direction and secured the view and sunlights as much as possible. By installing the deck vertically separated from the ground, the exclusive resting space for aprtment residents was secured by completely separating the flow line form the first floor non-residential facilities. By installing the piloti on the first floor, the sense of openness was provided to the pedestrians and convenient flow line was created by connecting the independent apartment entry space with residential convenience facilities. In addition, by placing the business facilities and neighborhood living facilities at the front street side, the lively commercial streets were created. By connecting Bundang urban green road with large-scaled sunken square in central square in the complex, open space was maximized and the usability of the underground floor was improved by creating comfortable underground space.
