By placing the higher building at the edge and lower buildings at the Sangam Mountain, the awareness of the whole community was enhanced and unique interior space structure of Korea was reproduced, promoting the natural placement focused on Sangam Mountain. All the complex had been placed with the same concept, and for oudoor composition, the higher buildings at the edge with beautiful scenery and the buildings close to Sangam Mountain and Nanjicheon Park at the south were made to face the scenery, promoting the connectivity with the ground surface and seeking the awareness and change of the elevation. For treatment of the ground layer, which is the most important, artificial ground was created using the remote partking lots, and by extending the natural topography of the Sangam Mountain side, the experience of diverse levels on the ground layer was encouraged.
