This planned site is located in a new central area of administration and living culture close to Asian Game Main Stadium, Busan City Hall, and Busan Court, and the emphasis was placed on transforming the existing plant site into a massive Residence Park in downtown. On the railroad side at the north of the complex, a downtown sports park was constructed for rest and enhancement of physical strength, which was connected with village road at the center of the complex stretching to the south and north. By completely prohibiting the ground parking, the green space in the complex was secured as much as possible, creating a comfortable and safe complex. In addition, the trees and sports facilities suitable for Sasang Constitution were placed, and by treating the residential building entry in 2-floor piloti, community and individuality of each building were secured and consequently, a complex that has connectivity with the outdoor space was created.
