Located in Yeouido in central part of Seoul, this project is to construct the multi-purpose building composed of residential and business facilities, commercial facilities, neighborhood living and sports facilities for the purpose of improving the residential environments of existing mid and large sized apartments in medium density. Regional characteristics, which make the view to the Setgang at the south of Yeouido and Han River possible, were considered, and the urban axis of the site in southwestern direction was placed in tower type to maximize the view and lighting. By reducing the problem of privacy, a defect in complex residential facilities, using the building placement and landscaping sunken structure in the complex that separates the buildings, the residential privacy could be secured. For elevation plan for the complex, through the hi-tech landscaping plan suitable for residential image of future city and though the segmentation of the mass of each floor, the aesthetic beauty of urban landscape was stressed and the functionality of regional landmark was imposed. For landscaping plan for the complex, pedestrian space and green space were constructed, excluding the ground parking space, and by constructing the whole first floor households in hotel lobby type piloti structure, public facilities were installed in the open space, and by connecting them with the outdoor facilities and ecology park in nearby Setgang, the comfortable environment for the residents was created.
