For Gaenari 6th apartment, the medium height apartment of 13 story completed in May, 1980, reconstruction was planned because of its superannuated facilities and degeneration of the residential environment by the reconstruction of neighborhood complexes, and the relevant precision safety diagnosis is being conducted as of July, 2003. This planned site is a rectangular north-south site on the Eonjuro, having a slow slope with the north higher by about 9m. This plan suggests three Residential Tower Buildings in consideration of granting the characteristic as the 'Land Mark Tower' on the Eonjuro, while maintaining the naumber of existing households, the street environment and the surroundings of the complex. Also, using the differrence of elevation of 9m, the 'Deck Park' on the ground was created on the higher south area and the parking lot that can induce the sunlight and the fresh air was also created under the ground.
