The project area is located 4 km northwest of central Baku. As this area is adjacent to a lake, it is convenient for transportation and it has a fine view. Thus, it has a high potential for a future residential district. The project plan includes three 32-story apartment buildings of tower-type and one 20-story apartment building of flat-type that is composed of 631 units. It also includes a deck structure using the difference of 16 meters between ground levels in the site. 80% of the whole apartment houses are designed to be south or east facing. The first and second floors include commercial facilities for rent, a community center and a lobby. A natural garden to be created in the complex will be an outdoor space for apartment dwellers only. Various kinds of multi purpose space including a fitness center are made on Center Plaza in the center for convenient and affluent life among others, which will simultaneously enable dwelling, resting and leisure activities. Besides, the project plan includes a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces such as a kids playground, a garden beside a lake, a sky garden, viewing platforms and walking paths. Safety, convenience and constructability are secured from the structure of a building to various kinds of systems using a state-of-the-art design technique. Three tower-typed apartment buildings of the same height, which can be viewed from the road, are designed to receive high recognition from people. Each tower-typed building is designed to give a friendly impression by creating a modern and cutting-edge image for the upper and middle floors and by making various facade variations for the lower floors based on the theme of 'change in unity'. It will surely be positioned as the land mark of Baku.
