This building, which is located in Seoul Digital Industrial ComplexⅠ, is focused on enhancing its own recognizability and creating a landmark image for the complex considering that Guro industrial complex is being redeveloped as venture complex and the building is the gateway to the region. It also provides the dwellers with easy access to a separate parking garage through interpenetration between them. It has also introduced minimum neighbourhood facilities in consideration of the neighboring big-box retailer, and it has enabled an organic approach through all-out public open space. Especially, it has introduced VE technology that shortens the construction period and reduces the construction cost using reenforced concrete and TSC structure, which is transformed steel framing system.
