This building is an apartment-typed factory that is characterized by intelligent business building. It is designed as a building to play the role of land mark in consideration of locational condition that the lower level of the building is directly connected to the transfer station of the 1st subway and the 7th subway. It has introduced a nature-friendly space of H-type and side corridor typed plan in the way that a public open space is connected through an event hall to a roof garden. The first basement has neighborhood facilities that accommodate various functions as the main gate in the neighborhood, including the support facilities for this building. Dynamism has been secured by designing an event hall in the first floor that can hold an exhibition and an event.
