This is a grand-prize winning project in a competition for residential masterplan and five blocks of residential design and amenity buildings. The district was interpreted as a sustainable city based on the four specific realms of urban spaces, namely, Environmental Hub Zone, IT Zone, Special Cultural Zone, and Special Leisure Zone. Each pedestrian paths cross with central living paths, forming a community of varied texture. Sequential experience of such spaces would be long remembered by a new name for the community, “Pangyo Mixed Residential and Cultural Valley”.
