This project is part of the sub-center development of Cheongju City, which establishes a district-level development plan that converts the existing Daenong factory area into commercial area, and essentially has contradictory issues of public interest and economic aspects of the project. Based on the analysis of the existing urban planning, a new urban type and a positive precedent for urban development was drawn in consideration of both local residents and the government.
