This site located about 28 km southwest from Algiers, the capital city of Algeria, is connected to Tipaza, a tourist attraction through Colea along the seashore. This living cluster of the concept extended from the existing old Colea downtown suggests new cluster model extended in connection with old downtown and the spaces for commercial and leisure activities to communicate within the buildings in the cluster. As for the natural conditions, the dense olive trees named this project as "Olive City" naturally, and most of the site having steep slopes makes it difficult to access the living cluster in the site from the existing road. However, this peculiarity was sufficient to produce a cluster of character. While letting the axis of the cluster adjust to that of the existing road, the narrow site had an open feeling of the rectangular direction. The concept of Korean living cluster will surely be a fresh suggestion harmonized with the culture of Algeria.
